Education Holding Holding Company was honored by His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi for his participation in the Leadership Initiative for Women’s Cadres “Women’s Leaders 2030”, which was held by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development under the patronage of His Excellency Minister M. Ahmed Al-Rajhi at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and in the presence of Her Excellency Director Dr. Enas Al-Essa, and a number of Ministry officials and representatives of the companies participating in the program. This initiative is considered one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program 2020 and aims to train 1700 women working in the private and public sector with personal training and guidance, in cooperation with the International Institute for Higher Studies in Business Administration (INSEAD).
The Leadership Guidance Initiative for Women’s Cadres “Women’s Leaders 2030” aims to contribute to the leadership qualification of women working in the private sector and empower women in leadership to create the largest number of Saudi women leaders to lead private sector companies and to raise awareness of women’s leadership and convey an accurate picture of the Ministry’s support for women’s capabilities, as the program aims to Building a network of professional relationships between the participants in the program for professional support and providing advice, advice and motivation to ensure a rapid and effective future professional development for the participants.
The participation of Education Development Holding Company for this initiative comes in compliance with the National Transformation Program 2020, which aims to support and empower women and expand their participation in economic development in various fields, and to enhance its role supporting Saudi competencies and its leadership in the field of job localization in line with the goals of Vision 2030 and contribute to increasing the share of women In managerial positions, through training and leadership for women’s cadres, women’s empowerment in the civil service, and strengthening their leadership role.
